The District features smart lockers installed at two strategic locations:

2—Bus Station

This innovative solution enables convenient, secure and sustainable parcel drop-off and collection, enhancing the overall shopping experience.

The introduction of smart lockers is one of the most valuable and practical features for residents who are often unable to visit the district due to traditional shop opening hours. Through the district’s marketplace, users can reserve their purchases and collect them later from the lockers at a time that suits them, without needing to visit during store hours. This effectively extends both the reach of local businesses and the timeframe available for parcel collection.

The lockers are also highly beneficial for visitors and tourists, allowing them to explore cultural routes and browse shops more comfortably, without having to carry their purchases throughout their visit.

Locker Selection

Choose the delivery to a smart locker option and select your preferred location from the available ones.

Access Code or Digital Key

A unique code will be generated and sent via text message, email, or through the Commercial Districts app.

Parcel Drop-off

The parcel is placed in the smart locker by the delivery service.

Parcel Collection

You will receive a notification once your delivery has been completed.
